Before reporting a technical issue, please check the FAQs to see if we have already posted guidance or an update about the problem you are reporting. Having checked the FAQs, if no answer is forthcoming, we welcome your report of a technical issue.
Please note: This process is for reporting technical issues only. If you have an account issue or a policy issue please email [email protected] instead.

- What happened: Brief description of the problem and what you were trying to do. What page were you looking at? What button did you press?
- Error messages: Please provide the exact wording if any messages appeared

Quick Fixes to Try First
- Refresh the page, including a 'hard refresh' to make sure the page really does refresh (Windows users: hold down Ctrl and then press F5 on your keyboard)
- Clear your browser cache/cookies and try again
- Try a different browser or device
- Temporarily disable browser extensions (see below for guidance on how to do this)
To temporarily disable all extensions in Chrome, go to chrome://extensions/ in your address bar, or click the three-dot menu icon, then Extensions > Manage Extensions. On the extensions page, you can toggle off the blue switch for each extension individually to disable it.
In Microsoft Edge, select Extensions located to the right of your browser address bar, then select Manage extensions. Select the toggle next to the extension you want to turn off.
To temporarily disable all extensions in Safari on a Mac, go to Safari > Settings (or Preferences) from the menu bar, click the Extensions tab, then uncheck the box next to each extension you want to disable. On an iPhone or iPad, open the Settings app, scroll down and tap on Safari, then tap Extensions, and toggle the switch for each extension to turn them off.
