Cancelling your membership

We are sorry you wish to cancel your membership.

To process a cancellation please visit https://www.advanceuk.org.uk/member_resources

  • You will be asked to log in to access the Member Resources page
  • You may need to reset your password or create an online account to access this page 
  • If you are requesting a password reset or creating a new account please use the email address you provided when you joined the party
  • If you have a Google or Microsoft Account try pressing those login buttons to access your account

What happens next?

The portal will allow you to cancel the auto-renew of your membership. This will stop any additional payments. Your membership record will also be updated to mark it as cancelled, effective immediately. If you just want to cancel the auto-renew feature whilst remaining a member please email [email protected] instead of cancelling auto-renew online - this is so we can check and confirm your membership record remains in place whilst the auto-renew feature is turned off. 

  • Cancellation of membership does not automatically remove you from our mailing list(s). To do this, you will need to click the 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of any marketing email we send you. 
  • If you withdraw permission for us to email you please note that we may not be able to email you a confirmation of cancellation.

How do I withdraw my cancellation?

If you would like to withdraw your cancellation you can simply rejoin using the same email address that you originally signed up with. This will create a new membership record for you. So long as you have not requested for us to delete your profile you will be able to recover your original membership number by joining again using the same details as before.
