Your recent renewal. If you have just been charged your annual renewal and you would prefer not to continue, you can ask us for a refund within 28 days of that payment, and we will refund it in full. Because paying the fee is what makes you a member, taking this refund will also end your membership of the company. Just let us know within that time and we will arrange it. You can email [email protected] from the email account you joined the party with (or quoting your membership number) to request a refund. 

Older subscriptions and donations. Refunds apply to a recent payment, within the 28-day window above. They do not apply to subscriptions or donations made further in the past. If you joined in the summer of 2025, for example, or donated some time ago, that money is not automatically refundable.

The reason is straightforward. Money raised from membership fees and donations was used, at the time, to fund the party's work — for example contesting the elections in May 2026 and by-elections such as Gorton and Denton. That money has already been spent on the activities it was given for. We cannot reclaim those costs, so we are not able to refund money the company no longer holds.
