Bruce Newsome

Bruce Oliver Newsome, Ph.D., is a policy scientist, historian, political scientist, professor, recovering academic, novelist, father, and patriot. He studied War Studies at Kings College London, Political Science at the University of Pennsylvania and Columbia University, and International and Strategic Studies at the University of Reading. He spent five years at the RAND Corporation, as a research policy scientist, advising governments, from Britain to America, on how to make government more efficient and effective. He held standing faculty positions at the Defence Academy of the United Kingdom, University of Pennsylvania, University of California Berkeley, University of San Diego, and University of Texas. He now works as a security consultant.
