The problem: "On the login screen I am asked to provide a username and password, but I don't recall setting a password (or I have forgotten it). I click the 'Forgot Password' link and enter my email address, but nothing arrives."
Possible solutions:
- If you have a Google Account (address ending @gmail.com or @googlemail.com) try pressing the 'Continue with Google' button on the sign-in page instead. You should try this even if you don't remember pressing this button when you signed-up.
- If you have a Hotmail or other Microsoft Account try pressing the 'Continue with Microsoft Account' button on the sign-in page instead. You should try this even if you don't remember pressing this button when you signed-up.
- Check your spam/junk folder for the password reset email. The sender will be [email protected] - please add this address to your contacts to help ensure you always get our emails.
- If you have tried the above and still cannot reset your password or sign in to your account, please email [email protected] from the email address you used to sign up with, and let us know you have already tried the steps in this FAQ along with any error messages that appear on your screen. This will help us troubleshoot any underlying issues.
